1. Website publisher. The AvenirGo website and application are published by Mutara, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company with capital of 100 euros, registered office at 20 Rue Léon Martine, 92290 Châtenay-Malabry, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 927 839 134 R.C.S. These notices are published pursuant to Article 6 III of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) and Articles L. 111-1 and L. 111-7 of the French Consumer Code.
Trademark. AvenirGo is a trademark registered with the INPI (French IP office).
2. Hosting. The service is hosted by LWS, 10 Rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris. Contact: 01 77 62 30 03.
The application infrastructure also relies on a Worker and the associated services of Cloudflare, Inc. for edge computing, the D1 database and R2 object storage. If Cloudflare provides the actual hosting, its contact details are: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
3. Technical providers. AvenirGo relies in particular on the following providers to deliver the service:
Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Payment collection, medium subscriptions and payouts.
LiveKit. Real-time audio transport for browser-based telephone consultations.
Lemlist. Optional SMS notifications and transactional emails.
Cloudflare. Hosting, database and media storage.

4. Nature of the activity. AvenirGo is a marketplace connecting independent mediums with adult clients for remote consultations, including browser audio calls, written questions and scheduled appointments, and for the sale of products and services offered by these mediums.
Medium independence. Mediums work independently, under their own responsibility and without subordination to the publisher. They are neither employees nor agents of the platform.
Nature of consultations. Clairvoyance, cartomancy, astrology, numerology, mediumship and related consultations are offered for entertainment purposes. They do not constitute or replace medical, paramedical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice.
No guarantee. No result is promised or guaranteed.
Age requirement. The service is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and over.
Emergencies. In a life-threatening emergency in France, call 15 or 112. For psychological distress or suicidal thoughts, 3114 is France's national suicide prevention number, free and available 24/7.
5. Intellectual property. The site's structure, source code, interfaces, databases, brands, logos and graphics are the exclusive property of Mutara or its partners and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, representation, extraction, adaptation or reuse, in whole or part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Embeddable widgets provided may only be used under the General Terms.
Content published by mediums, including photos, biographies, articles, stories, product listings and white-label logos, remains their property. They grant the publisher a licence limited to operating the service, under the General Terms.
6. Reporting unlawful content. Under the LCEN and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), manifestly unlawful content can be reported using the “Report” button on platform profiles, reviews and content, or by email to contact@avenirgo.com.
The report must specify the URL or identifier of the content, the grounds for unlawfulness and the reporter's contact details. Receipt is acknowledged, and the reasons for the moderation decision are provided to the content author and the reporter.

7. Personal data and cookies. Personal data processing is described in the . Data protection officer contact: contact@avenirgo.com.
The site sets cookies strictly necessary for its operation, including for sessions, security and preferences. Optional audience measurement remains disabled until the user agrees through the consent banner, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
8. Mediation and complaints. Complaints may be sent to support from the client area or by email to contact@avenirgo.com.
Under Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer whose complaint has not been resolved may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
Consumers residing in another EU Member State may also contact the European Consumer Centre France, located in Kehl, Germany.
9. Applicable law. This site is governed by French law. Dispute resolution terms are set out in the relevant article of the General Terms of Use and Sale.
