Before going live, mediums submit identity and professional documents. These document checks help limit fake profiles and are repeated when necessary.
A clear trust score
The trust score combines several signals: verified profile, average rating and number of client reviews. It helps you choose with greater confidence, without claiming to guarantee a consultation's outcome.
Fairer pay
Our commissions are intentionally low — 8 to 25% depending on the plan — so most of the price paid goes to the medium. Our model favours lasting relationships over commercial pressure.
Protected and respected clients
Clearly displayed prices, billing for actual time, confidential exchanges and the ability to report behaviour: we reject alarmist practices, dependency and promises of results.
