Part 1: General terms of use

1. Purpose. These terms govern access to and use of the AvenirGo platform, which connects clients with independent psychics for remote consultations.

2. Acceptance. Creating an account means fully accepting these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy. This acceptance is recorded with the version of the texts.

3. Age of majority. The service is reserved for people aged 18 and over. The client confirms their age of majority when signing up.

4. Account and information. The client provides accurate information: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, postal address and email address. This information is required to manage the account, invoicing and matching. The client is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.

5. Notifications. As soon as the account is created, email and SMS notifications are turned on. They cover appointment reminders, availability alerts and Fast Pass. You can turn them off at any time, channel by channel, in My account > Preferences. Messages about account security, payments and payouts are always sent.

6. Nature of the service. Consultations (fortune-telling, cartomancy, astrology, numerology, mediumship and similar practices) are offered for entertainment. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice. The AI generators (horoscope, birth chart, tarot draw) produce automated content for entertainment.

7. Client obligations. The client must not post unlawful content, harass anyone, misuse the service, record or share a consultation without the agreement of all parties, or bypass payment.

8. Psychic obligations. Psychics work independently and undertake to respect the platform's ethics charter.

9. Moderation and reporting. The platform may suspend or delete any account or content that breaks the rules. Unlawful content can be reported with the “Report” button or at contact@avenirgo.com.

10. Liability. AvenirGo is a technical intermediary: it is not responsible for advice or services provided by psychics, nor for how generated content is used. No result is promised or guaranteed.

11. Personal data. Personal data processing is described in the .

12. Governing law and disputes. French law applies. The client may use a consumer mediator free of charge (see the ).

Part 2: General terms of sale

13. Prices. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes where VAT applies, before each purchase is confirmed. Consultations are billed per second, based on the psychic's per-minute rate, from a prepaid wallet.

14. Payment. Payments are processed by a secure payment provider. AvenirGo does not store card numbers. Pay-to-unlock content (Reveal Pass messages and articles) is paid at the price shown when it is unlocked.

15. Consultations. A consultation starts as soon as the connection is made. Once it has started with the client's express agreement, the time used remains payable and is non-refundable, unless a fault attributable to the platform occurred.

16. Unanswered messages. A written question left unanswered within the set time is refunded automatically.

17. Right of withdrawal. A consumer client has 14 days to withdraw from services not yet started. For a service started before the end of that period with their express agreement, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised under the conditions set by the French Consumer Code.

18. Complaints. Any complaint can be made through support, from the client area or by email at contact@avenirgo.com.

Part 3: Self-billing and psychics

19. Self-billing mandate. A psychic who activates their profile gives AvenirGo a mandate to issue, in their name and on their behalf, the invoices for their services. The psychic undertakes to provide accurate tax and identity information and to report any change. The details are set out in the mandate presented when the profile is activated.
